Pillar Digital Marketing is an authorized trade name, or assumed name, under which Trend Markets LLC operates in Westchester County, NY.

To determine the appropriate retention period, Pillar Digital considers the type and volume of the information, the negatives that can result from un-permitted access to such information, why Pillar Digital gathers such information and the availability of achieving the goals of such gathering through alternative means. We typically do not maintain user data after 2 years of the conclusion of our relationship with a user. The “conclusion of our relationship” is defined as the day on which Pillar Digital had any interaction with the user, in person or online.
